About Me

Why Thailand? Why Kata Hot Yoga?

Kata Beach stole my heart the moment I saw it — crystal-clear water, soft sand under my feet, and this peaceful vibe that made me instantly exhale. It’s not just the beauty, though. There’s something grounding about being in Thailand — the kindness of the people, the deep respect for wellness and mindfulness, the way every moment feels intentional. Between sunrises, beach layouts, and exploring local food, I felt more connected to myself than I had in a long time. What I love most about this yoga studio is how deeply rooted it is in the true essence of the practice — no fluff, no trends, just real, traditional yoga taught with intention and integrity. Out of the 30+ studios I’ve practiced at, this is one that feels like it honors the lineage.

Every class feels like a return to something real.
